Prone & bike – Perthshire, Scotland.

A great weekend with the boss, (Rhona). The mornings were spent at Clunie Loch, where Rho swam and I got some proneboard training in. My prone guru, Holly, suggested that I should try some interval training with webbed gloves or similar. Luckily I have a pair of Sealblade hand paddles, so I used them today. Boy was that a tough session!!
In the afternoons we hit the bikes, with a wee road bike yesterday and then a wonderful mountain bike adventure today. Our friends, Fiona and Simon, had told us about this great wee route. We explored 10km of it last week, which goes from tarmac to rough track. Today we explored a bit further, and ended up high in the hills. (I reckon we climbed several hundred metres over the last 1-1.5km.) We turned at around 14km, next to the snow gate, so have left some to explore next time.
