Bike – Aberfoyle, Scotland

December 2022

Rhona and I had a fab time at the ARC, (Adaptive Riders Collective), 24 hour relay.  We managed to notch up a joint effort of 100km over our 2 x 2 hour slots. The mountain bike course that we had recced a couple of weeks earlier, was changed, (due to icy conditions), to a road route, but wow, with the torrential rain it had it’s own obstacles! On our first session at 10am, we had to go around some large puddles. By the time we did our 2pm slot, those puddles ended up becoming rivers to cross! An awesome day, and an amazing group of cyclists! Thanks for inviting us Neil.
