Bike (GNT) – Aberfoyle, (heading south), Scotland

Trying to get Molly more involved in our Great North Trail adventures, we took her for a 5km stretch of the route, heading south through the woods, before turning around at a gate and heading back to the car park. As this was done at her pace, it took a bit longer than normal.
Back at the car park Rhona and I then headed north, to try to get a couple of hours at a faster pace. However, just a couple of kms into this, we hit a snag. The bridge across the river was closed. There was an alternative route on the road, but after a wee bit of an exploration, we decided to call it a day, and come back when the bridge was fixed.
Not the biggest bike ride, but still just great to get out on the bikes!
