Bike (GNT) – Oykel Bridge north to Rosehall, Sutherland, Scotland

August 2025

This evening it was the Oykel Bridge to Rosehall section for us. As this whole section was along the A837 I wasn’t looking forward to it. As a blind guy on a solo bike, (obviously with Rhona as my sighted guide), roads can be incredibly daunting. But no need to worry here. For the full cycle, (both there and back), we were passed by less than a dozen cars. Happy days!!

GNT (one way) kms: 9.87
Total (round trip) kms: 19.75
