Bike – Loch More, Scotland

After the morning paddle, it was time for an afternoon pedal. This was made much easier after a pit-stop at Barnes Bits & Bikes in Scourie for a quick repair of my jumping gears. (Gears fixed, brakes tightened, and tyres checked, all in around 10 minutes, what a guy!)  With smooth, working gears, the ride along Loch More, over the hills and down past Lock Merkland, was fabulous, with sun shining and a cool breeze.
Off in the distance, Rho thought she had spotted some odd-looking birds standing in the water. On closer inspection it turned out to be a herd of deer. (And she’s the GUIDE RIDER!) #BLINDRIDER
