What a difference an hour makes!
As Rhona and I loaded our kit into our wee bus, preparing for our 7am pool swim, to be followed by a SUP training session on Clunie Loch, we were in the middle of a storm.  20+mph winds, heavy rain, and pitch black.  It didn’t look like the paddle would happen.
Then, as we left the pool at 8, the weather had done a complete 180.  No rain, no wind, and even an attempt at sunshine, (for about 5 minutes), after dawn eventually broke.
And a bonus for me; I finally beat Rho on our 3 vs 4 circuit training session.  However, she was knackered before she started, so let’s see if I can keep it up!?!
