We are very lucky to have our good friend Krishna, (of Trekking Encounters Nepal), visiting us from Nepal.  He left Kathmandu with temperatures of 24 degrees, and arrived in Edinburgh to temperatures only just above freezing.
Today we took him out for his first ever try of SUP.  The temperature was a balmy 3 degrees, (in the sun), but the wind made it feel much cooler.  (Hence his “frogman” outfit.)
He did really well, and it was great to see him on the water!  Well done Kris!
