Met up for a training session today with Patrick W.  He’s going to be my chase/safety kayaker on one of my big challenges next year.  A cracking day racing up and down the loch between markers, that I sometimes saw and sometimes didn’t.  Patrick was paddling his superfast surf ski, so obviously had to give me lots of head starts.  A great session, if a tad sweaty afterwards!
