Prone – Clunie Loch, Scotland

Due to a combination of bad weather, and a frozen loch, today was our 1st time at Clunie Loch of 2021. Me, heroically ON the water dressed in neoprene, and Rhona IN it in just her cossy, like a loon!! For Christmas we treated ourselves to a Zen8 indoor swim trainer, and have been using it regularly since. All I can say is that the sweat took a tad longer to arrive today, once certain body parts started to thaw!
