Finally, we managed to meet up with James and Kate. When it comes to endurance prone boarding in Scotland, James is the main man! He’s been giving me tips online, but now we could meet up, he could really sort me out. Hopefully his advice on my kneeling position will mean fewer swims! Thanks James!
