Prone/SUP/Wing – Loch Feochan, Oban, Scotland

After a wee explore around this sea loch – Rhona on SUP, me on prone – it was back to the shore to meet Patrick with the wing.
With Patrick instructing via walkie talkie, I went first, and the trip across the loch only took a couple of minutes. But due to poor wind, and even poorer skills, the return trip took over 30, mostly proning while dragging the wing, and some nudging from Rho and her board.
Back at shore, it was Rho’s turn. Like me, she zipped across the loch no problem, and after turning the board, she even made it part of the way back before the wind finally dropped, and it was back to teamwork to get her back.
A great session, but some work still to be done. We’ll be back when the wind returns!
