Windermere Canoe Kayak Annual Summer Solstice race

I have just signed up to the Windermere Canoe Kayak Annual Summer Solstice race.  I will be doing the 10.5 mile race on the Saturday, (20th June), along with my guide for the day, Jamie Harman from Red Paddle.  (Be gentle with me Jamie!!)
